Our returns policy

You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. Depending on your preference, we offer:

  • Refunds to your original payment method
  • Store credit to place another order
  • Exchanges for another product (subject to availability)

Return Guidelines

To be eligible for a full refund, the returned item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition, with the original packaging
  • No damage, scratches, cracks or other visible defects
  • For safety reasons, the hygiene seal must be intact

Return Process

Returning your items is seamless and straightforward! While return shipping costs are covered by the customer, we’ve made the process easy by providing local return addresses in each region. This ensures an efficient and cost-effective return experience.

Exchanges are available for a different product, with the price adjusted for any difference. Lione reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria. If a return is refused, the item will be sent back to the customer, and any shipping costs incurred will not be covered.

Initiate a return or exchange

  2. We’ll provide the closest return address based on your location and detailed instructions for sending your items back.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we’ll process your refund, issue store credit, or arrange the exchange. Refunds exclude shipping fees.
  4. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.
