About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our paid media and email marketing efforts. You’ll assist in campaign setup, reporting, and day-to-day operations, gaining exposure to various digital platforms and e-commerce strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in launching and optimizing paid ads on Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Monitor ad performance and help prepare weekly reports
- Coordinate creative asset delivery and testing
- Support email marketing setup, list segmentation, and performance tracking
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and share insights with the team
Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in digital marketing, preferably with e-commerce or DTC brands
- Comfortable using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Klaviyo
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and analytical thinking
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus

About the Role
As our Influencer & Brand Partnerships Assistant, you’ll help identify, engage, and manage relationships with content creators and brand collaborators. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for skincare and a strong sense of digital culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and compile lists of relevant influencers on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Assist in outreach and communication with creators
- Track product seeding and manage deliverables calendar
- Maintain our influencer database and help organize content submissions
- Collaborate with the brand team on campaign concepts and reporting
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer trends
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Some experience with influencer tools (e.g., spreadsheets, Upfluence, or similar) is a plus
- A keen interest in skincare, beauty, or wellness is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in English required
